Black Widow Spider in Zento?

What's with the yellow tagged Black Widow Spider by the Zento bank?
It's been there a few days that I know of....did I miss an event???

From time to time a dark ninja drow will appear in Zento and send out contract's for assassination. the spider keeps track of who is in the lead with most kills.
its an EM side event.
