Do we need to download content to play UO:SA on 2d? Or do we just need a code and can play without downloading anything?

Right now 2d[classic client] is recieving a patch that wont go live til pub 60 on Tuesday that pub offically launchs SA. So there pataching SA much like they did ML in a series of patch through the classic client patch server though the patchs are way bigger so far then ML patchs.. so on the launch day of SA should just be one smaller patch is my guess for pub 60 and then all you have to do is apply the ugrade code you bought for your account on the account managment page.
