For sheer damage potential? Fire Steeds. Against an opponent weak to Fire, 2 fully trained Fire Steeds will do almost double the damage of even a fully trained Greater Dragon. They have the highest damage potential of any pet combo in the game. But, they're frail as hell. They can't tank worth a damn, and die quite easily to AoE. To put it simply, they're glass cannons.
