Alrighty... I was running through Brit fel and saw a red in town (that's not a big deal saw that before I left), and he started attacking me. So I just did the normal "guards" yell and... nothing :O

I guess that reds can attack freely in town (at least Brit fel)?

Any links you can point me to that would be awesome
