most of these are things someone might buy off a well placed novelty vendor for around 100k or so.

Long Sword Pre - AoS graphic you can buy this off blacksmith npc.

Ruined Tapestry puzzel quest reward? - check vendor search, used to be worth couple mil but i think went down.

Blank Check - 0 value exploit bug. lots of them.

A monk's robe can buy off yew npc for 10gp or so (if brown, if other color rare but illegal to own)

The rose is a dyeable rose chosen as a gift during the Age of Shadows release.
The hay is the common hay that spawns at server up.

Buy a bottle and then use an oil cloth on it.

Ahhh, but it DOES have an AOS message on it. The gift receipent (named Sandy Two), chose their rose to be inscripted as "Noble Paladin". Then they chose not to include the 2nd tagline. Lastly, they selected the option to dye the rose instead of picking a color.
