osi should write down all changes in every single publish/patch/expansion, i don't care if it takes a day or week to write them down, this and tons of other stuff unknown is annoying. there's an insane amount of changes/features in publish 18 that weren't mentioned at all, who's to know if someone won't get banned for them?
