They are still available for 500,000 Clean Up Rewards points, which is the most valuable item available via that route, so I expect it should be worth somewhere in the range of 5-10 mil.

They can also be made by GM Tinkers once they complete the 'Perfect Timing' quest.
pre patch are 2 slot new ones come as 3 slot
also with the pre patch you get a free skill im pretty sure you can add discord without using taming i know a guy that does it with a sampire

What are the 2 slots worth
I would guess somewhere between 15-100M. What they "basically" have, are the stats of a 2 slot PP Nightmare. One closer to max stats would be worth more, obviously. BUT, you can't ride them. So, in my opinion, they aren't worth as much as a PP NM.
