[Mining] Are BREs still spawning?

Hey all

Just come back to the game and was out for a stroll on my mule... noticed you can still mine up small pieces of blackrock. Can you still pop a BRE when carrying the nasty stuff, or were they turned off?

That feature is off.

You can no longer dig them up, but I have ran across them in Fel T2A up north where they spawned. Not sure if they are on the Tram side or other shards.

As I recall, they still exist at all spots, Tram & Fel, where they were originally event creatures.
