I am trying to come back and I purchased UO assist for a new account, one that i had a trial on a few years ago. I got my receipt from paypal and never got the key. When i put that seed in on the lost seed page it says the seed is valid but has not been registered even though that particular seed is plainly listed on the receipt from paypal tugsoft. I've emailed tugsoft and gotten no response so it looks like they just ate my money. UO assist from my old account works fine but i don't have that account subscribed anymore. Has anyone else had any problems, is UO assist still being managed? Are they getting emails?
