You can't raise Taste ID beyond 75.
I forget the reason, but it's been that way for years. Perhaps a Scroll of Transcendence will help when they become available. Maybe report it as a bug or throw it to the devs to answer. In all seriousness, I've no idea what could be gained at GM Taste ID that could be so dreadful.

There was going to be a bonus to Alchemy, based on Taste ID, a long, long time ago.
Rather than letting people GM taste ID in advance, and immediately have the bonus, the devs locked it at 75. Then, for whatever reason, the bonus to alchemy was lost, and Taste ID was never unlocked.

Doesn't the satyr only -22?
Would that let the base go up still?
