I'd recommend either my guild [*VK*] or UWF for PVM, we the two most active on the shard lately for PVM.
Cap, what you say about FCB, Syndicate and Cartel? Nonactive or unfriendly for returned players/newbies?

Syndicate is nice, but have really long recruiting process, FCB not sure I've ever heard of them, and Cartel seems to be mostly a pvp guild so I personally wouldn't consider that new player friendly.
We both forgot about Hot, of course=)
