I have placed an Ankh of Sacrifice at my vendor house, north of the luna walls ... if you happen to be in that area and the invasion spawn kills you, the ankh is on the first floor.
Jinx has told me has one in his Luna vendor house, too.
These are vet rewards, however, any age character can use them to rez ... once per hour per character.
