It has an imbuing weight of 566, four useful mods. Its a darn neat non-imbued EP ring. If that 6 swords had been 6 (or more DCI) it would be super neat!
Anyway my opinion is 50 EP rings (for mages) usually compliment an orny so it negates the value of the FC1.
This leaves it in the 4/6 chiv realm given if you pair it up with a orny and FC1 weapon it works out well but likely the 6 swords and definitely the 6 sdi would be wasted meaning they are only getting 140+120+200 imbuing weight on this meaning they could imbue a better ring for their needs.
Ultimately it could be useful to the right person but its value is hindered due to its synergy. If all of this was just rambling I am sorry!
