Anatomy/Eval Int defense bonus?

Anyone know if this still works?
On the anatomy page in stratics is mentions it at the bottom.
However, I know, like most info on stratics, it is probably outdated.
Any information will be appreciated.

If you have 120 Eval & 100 Anatomy it = the same Defense as 120 Fight skill

Wrestling or
(eval + anat + 20)/2
