[Throwing] Alter Bows?

Good day

Here I read, that you can alter bows to glaives: FIXED - Unable to alter Bow of The Infinite Swarm

I now managed to buy one of these bow of the infinite swarm. Problem is, I can't seem to alter it...
Also, the npc ( Vrulkax the Exalted Artificer at the Crafting Plaza in the Royal City) doesn't want it.

Any ideas?

It worked like a month ago on same item for me. Not sure of the name of npc and all but I got it converted. Sry no help. I do have some on ATL if ya need trade can dm me.

I altered 2 swarm bows to glaive dropping them on Vrulkax
Both were completely new, right from vendors as I recall . May be try to POF yours to 255/255 and uninsure.
