alchemy recipes

I wonder how does one acquire the recipes for the new potions? I do not see an alchemy npc in Heartwood.

I know as you enter heartwood go to your left, know the npcs there give them. Think they are called wine seller and tinkers but look for these quests:

Recipes for the alchemy are obtained from Empty Bottle, Tinker Tool, Clock, Wind Chime, and Barrel Tap quests
