Alchemy on Feudal lords Items stack with Tailsmen??

My question Is does the alchemy bonus on Items(like a (tailsmen) give you a better chance to make potions,from the feudal lords Items?? Just want to know before I pick IT.

It's +Skill, so if you are under 100 skill it will help by increasing your skill. It does not act like a crafting bonus % talisman though.

But it's a bug or intended? Because i have the necklace +10 alchemy and when i use it, also at GM it increase the % of success

the necklace is a +10 Alchemy Bonus - which acts like a talisman, the apron is +10 alchemy, which is a skill similar to those found on rings and bracelets.
