[Spellweaving] about WoD damage

I need to know what damage i could do more or less with WoD if i have 114 SDI, with 6th focus and 120 in skill, because im thinking about a new template, but need to know that. Thx in advance.

Doesn't it depend on what you plan on doing damage against?

As I know you do exactly 300 damage to any monster (with under 30% hp). You get 3 damage per every 1% SDI.
But I don't know how Arcane Empowerment bonus is applied (to base or to resulted damage). (is max AE bonus 39? )
