A very odd bug. Insurance

So we were fighting Mel with a relatively new group, and as so often happens, things went badly and people died.

Now here's the bug part. While one of the people in the group was dead, half of her suit didn't fall on her body. Her gorget and legs fell under her body instead of on her body. Her gloves just disappeared.

The items that fell to the ground were still insured.

So the question I have is has anyone else ever seen something similar happen?

so far (knock wood) I haven't lost any insured items, but for the past week double clicking my corpse sometimes will not auto-dress me.... I mention this only because perhaps the two issues are related?
