I've come into the possession of a second one. As amusing as it would be to hold onto another poor soul on which to experiment on, I only really need one. If anyone is interested in purchasing the above item for 350m (what I paid for my first one), send me a PM or ICQ (465-972-004).

If you'd like to see it, you can find it locked down on the third floor of Dragonstorm Manor - Atlantic Shard just outside the SE bridge of Umbra.
