I got this at the LS event a few days ago and do not collect event rares other than mesanna items. I am entertaining trades of equal value in mesanna items. I do not need the roulette head, torso, or guilitine. Item is located on LS atm.

I would rather not sell outright unless its an offer i cant resist.

I would say between 100 to 150m. Kinda tough with no picture but from what you describe thats my guess.
