I have not seen it in a thread yet, but it answers some questions.

At Town Hall. Parizad said they will:

Nerf housing costs
Increase payouts
Increase skill speed

Not sure about timeline.

Who thinks this will actually happen? Within reasonable time? LOL.. Just like everything else that was supposed to happen months ago..
