Skaros, while we have had our differences in the past the City of Trinsic nevertheless honours its vows. Therefore I wish to inform you that after several weeks of intense investigations, the Trinsic City Watch has apprehended another supporter of Bladderstick. While we would prefer to see him judged here in Trinsic, we recognize the claim of His Majesty the King concerning a public trial in Yew. We are therefore willing to hand the prisoner over to your troops when Bladderstick himself is being collected.
However, I would like to stress the point that the City of Trinsic will not tolerate one of their citizens condemned in an unlawful manner. We will therefore closely monitor the trial or conduct one of our own, should you be unable to meet our standards.
This letter is being delivered by Sergeant Iljian of the City Watch, whom you will know as one of your investigators. He will be able to answer any further questions concerning the investigation and the prisoner.
