I wouldn't try to use it without checking with the Rares Collectors first.

Might be worth some big bucks.

Guild deeds no longer work. The only deed you can use is a guild stone deed with a guild name already applied.

it depends on shard, and how badly someone wants it There are collectors of this item. I'd say around 500k. I think I've seen some for sale at 1m, but I have no idea how quickly they sell at that price.
