First try this:

Stand in your house
Right click your character, choose : Vendor Search
Choose: clear search in lower right corner of Vendor Search Window
Type: Fragrant in search (upper left corner) and press search (lower right corner).
You should be able to find a "Fragrant Seed" for 5K (at my vendor).
