A bug or am I just loony?

I have tried to buy pet balls of summoning.............All the venders I have tried wont let me .I have the gold.The "buy" icon wont come up.
Also...is anyone selling those trays?

try saying "vendor buy", and targeting with the cursor.

In the past, some things with their own context menu were hard to buy with the clicking method.
