$500 weekly payout question

Does anyone how they decided which sim get the money weekly? Is it all of them, just the ones in EA-Land, the oldest?

everyone paying for a subscription or a "premium" account gets $500 weekly.
so if you are paying 10$ a month, you get the $500 a week...no matter what (unless there is a bug)

The oldest sims in TC3 and EA Land will receive the bonuses. One per acct on both cities.

I just got bumped up to premium yesterday, so do they wait an entire week before giving the $500 when you first reactivate?

I have yet to get a $500 bonus on my account. My wife got hers today on her account but I've yet to see one.
