Selling a great 4 story trammel keep North of Minoc Next to the mining passage to lost lands (you come out in the arena area).
Custom build With 2 extra full floors that cover the entire footprint of the keep as a 3rd and a 4th floor.
This takes a **** load of stone and hours to build and makes a great Upgrade to the house.
Next to water, and you can Place a boat Next to the house and enter it from the 3rd floor standing inside the house.
High reaper spawn rate behind the house that never will bother you, but serve you With logs, if thats you preference.
Housing being Worth what it is today, I just find it a shame to tear it Down With all the work that the extra floors include, so I'll see what happends in this thread til sunday.
