36 month vet rewards bugged?

Gump kicked in last night when I reached my 36 month, but was only rewarded for 1 item, because it said I had already used 4.

Never gave me an option to pick 4, just 1. has anybody heard or experienced that before? really wanted to be able to select 4.

Did I get screwed or is there a bug somewhere where it takes in account the previous years picks. Only was I figure it would say that I already chosen 4 rewards.

This link almost explains the vet reward system Vet Rewards

After the first year you only get to pick 1 additional reward for each additional year unless you chose no reward the previous years. So if you chose 3 rewards your first year and 1 your second year you would only get to select 1 for your 3rd year, only exception is 72 month you get 2 rewards.
If you had not chosen any rewards your first or second year you would be able to claim a total of 5 rewards on your 3rd year.

You'll only get one reward a year until you hit 6 years. The "4" you see there is all the rewards you have picked in previous years. It's your "lifetime total" so to speak.
