2008 hats diappeared

Ok me and roomie got our hats this morning. We set them out on our lot.. they went poof... anyone else having this issue. I went to the bug report page and have errors so cant submit any suggestions?

yes that is apparently a bug Buy one from misc items in the buy mode and it will work

It was in CC this morning..... my tc3 one was fine. I went to buy mode, misc. and those are not in there. others have them in buy mode?

DG has them for $100, I believe.
