Today, I will be auctioning some old house deeds.
As you have noticed, they are located on Europa and thus I expect payment on Europa.
Since these can not be Xsharded, they are to be picked up and kept on Europa.

The auction will run untill friday the 8th of february, 22.00 GMT.
Last minute bids extend the end time with 10 minutes.
All bids must be made in this thread, private bids via ICQ or PM will not be taken into account.

The deeds will be sold in ONE package.

There is no starting bid or reserve price.

The package consists of the following deeds;

-A castle deed
-A small stone keep deed
-Deed to a tower
-Deed to a marble house with patio
-Deed to a large house with patio
-Deed to a two-story stone-and-plaster house
-Deed to a two-story wood-and-plaster house

Just a word of warning to the buyer/seller... I don't want to see either half lose these great deeds. Do not log out with these deeds in your backpack or your bank.
They need to be locked down or secured after purchase in a house. (Always remember detect hidden)

She is soo right! I logged out by mistake with a deed to a small tower and it turned into a house placement tool when I logged back in.

I made this mistake about 2 years ago. Found this small idoc on my shard, got to loot it all by myself. Found a bag of house deeds that I took for the newer house deeds that we can place. Logged out, logged back in later and found my pack full of house placement tools and realized a huge mistake I had made.

we really should ask for this to be fixed so a piece of UO history can be preserved. Everyone email mesanna and ask for a fix, if we all ask then something has to be done right?

Also, because of the issue with logging out not an option, be very careful when the trade takes place. Perhaps use a packy... because they still haven't fixed the random trade window crash. That would suck.
