18x18 plot

Anyone know of someone in need of a home? I have an 18x18 slab in Malas. I would rather give it to someone than just drop it for the gold. Its a pretty good location with only a mongbat spawn on very few occassions.
And please don't take it just to try and sale it. I would rather help someone get started in the game.

mongbat spawn is way to risky for me but ill ask around and se if anyone may be interested

your best bet would be to go hang out in haven for abit and you'll notice if someone seems like they dont really know wtf there doing...give it to that person
