[Fishing] 120 vs 100 fishing?

I am not finding what the main differences between these are. does anyone know off hand?

There are many Enchanted and Legendary fish that require skill above 100 to catch. That would be the first thing that comes to mind.

Also, can SOSs be traded/sold? I remember at one point I thought you could not.

As far as I know higher fishing does not increase your chances to get a MIB. You can trade or sell the MIBs and or the SOSs after the bottle is opened.

No, the fishing skill won't determine if you get a higher chance. Once you are skilled enough, you get mib's in same speed.

No. You can pop the mib, and look at the map - and sell it, and the buyer can fish it.

You probably mix it up with treasure maps and cartho. If you decode a map with a char, that onbe can read the map laters, even if you soulstoned cartho away. If you give such a map to another char/player, that one does need to have the required cartho to read the map. Otherwise there is no such stuff as account bounf treasure maps/mibs here in UO.
