First off, do you both want a "non imbued wepon"?

Second, maybe he coppied your post so he could source one to sell to you? Like a trader does, find what buyers want cheeper than the buyer is paying by doing the leg work
So he could be doing you a favour by turning your 1 post request into 2, thus boosting your chances of getting one and making a little gold on the side, that is exacually how i started trading

It does have to be imbued but it doesnt have to be the 2 types mentioned.

Faster casting could be put on any weapon or shield after all other mods where put on.

You can have SC FC1 shields with 15DCI

and Same goes with any weapon...just a FYI there

It was a bug.
