Housing/Boats New Smith and Sewing machines

Has anyone else had their charges on their machines disappearing? I filled both up to 2600 charges yesterday when I got them, however today when I went to use them I only have 300 exactly on both. No one else has access to them. Any thoughts?

Happened to several people in our guild, server up seems to reset them from full charge (at or near 5,000) to only 300.

Edit: After server down both my machines went from nearly 5000 to 300 uses.

Added more kits/tools to both to get them over 1k again and it reset to 300 after shard restart this morning.
