I have merged alot of threads asking questions about the new account system. If you have a question about something to do with this new system, post it there. All the account system threads were getting confusing. If you have a question to ask about it, post it:

Information that is coming up repeatedly:

What is my EA account?

It's your email address. Put in the email address associated with your account and use 'lost password' to establish a password for it.
Once that's done return to the beginning.

What is a 'mythic master account'?

It's your uo account with Mythic
Put in your regular account name with _uo on the end and use your regular password.

eg: If I had a uo account called 'petra' I would put 'petra_uo' in the box that says 'Mythic Master Account' and use the same password as I would log into that account to play the game.

The link said 'success' but my accounts don't show

To change credit card info -

sign in, pick account from drop down menu, scroll down and pick update renewal. then choose a new time one 3 or 6 months and up will come credit card info
